What the Mirror Can’t Show You (But Your Soul Can)

Last night, I sat in a circle of women - brave, tender, open-hearted women - and we asked a question that feels simple at first:
What do you see when you look in the mirror?
At first, the answers came quickly.Tired eyes. Wrinkels. Messy hair. The physical.
The surface. The parts the world teaches us to notice first.
But then something shifted. With soft music playing and the rhythm of gentle breath guiding us inward, we paused. We allowed ourselves to soften. And in that pause, we began to see more.
We saw the woman beneath the surface. The one who has carried so much. The one who has loved fiercely, lost deeply, broken open, healed slowly, and risen again.
We saw kindness in her face.We saw fire in her spirit. We saw wisdom in her eyes.
And we remembered something we often forget in our busy lives:
We are not just our looks. We are not just the roles we play.We are not just the masks we wear to make it through the day.
We are whole—even in our messiness. We are light—even in our shadows. We are beings of love.
A Mirror Ritual for You
I want to share one of the simplest, yet most powerful, practices from our circle—because I believe it holds something sacred for you too.
✨ Stand in front of a mirror.✨ Take a deep breath.✨ Be curious—not critical.✨ And gently ask your reflection:“If you could speak to me, what would you tell me today?”
Let that question land.Let the answer come.It might be a whisper, a memory, or a deep knowing.
Maybe your reflection reminds you that you’re enough.Maybe she asks you to slow down.Maybe she simply says, “I miss you.”
Come Back to Yourself
If you’re in a season where you’ve forgotten who you are…If your reflection feels like a stranger or a woman you barely recognize…If you’re longing to feel seen—not just on the outside, but deep within…
I want you to know you don’t have to do it alone.
🌸 I’m offering a free 20-minute connection call for women who are ready to feel more like themselves again.Whether you're feeling lost, overwhelmed, or just craving a safe space to land - I’ve got you.

You’re not too much. You’re not alone. And you don’t have to keep holding it all together by yourself.
You are more than your reflection. You are your soul. And she’s still here - waiting for you to look again.
With love,
Rachel
