Cancellation Policy

Your appointments and well-being are very important to us. We understand that sometimes, unexpected delays can occur, making schedule adjustments. If you need to cancel your appointment, we respectfully request at least a 1 day’s notice.

Cancellations made 24 hours or more in advance of the appointment will receive a 100% refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will not receive a refund.
